Come Back Home Again by Jessica Prince
WHY I READ IT
Jessica blew me away with Out of My League so I was beyond excited for the adjacent book in the Promise Valley series.
WHAT I RATED It
WHAT Information technology'S ABOUT
Temperance Levine had her entire globe ripped away from her at 18. What had once been a life full of light and happiness was torn to shreds in the blink of an middle. With goose egg left simply a broken centre and painful memories, she ran abroad from the just home she'd ever had and tried to start over somewhere else. Only the grass isn't ever greener on the other side, and sometimes all you tin can do to heal old wounds is come dorsum home again.
The day Temperance left him was the worst twenty-four hours of Hayes Walker's life, and he'd spent every one since then merely existing. AMY'Southward REVIEW
When y'all're only eight percent of the way into a volume and already know information technology's going to exist one of the all-time you'll read this twelvemonth. That was this book for me. I fell hard and fast for the second book in the Promise Valley series and information technology left me with a meaning book hangover. It'due south been days and I haven't been able to pick annihilation else upwards even so. But I'g not complaining. Tempie and Hayes are replaying over and over in my head urging me to crack open their book once more.
Everything nigh this book was spot on. The writing, storyline, and graphic symbol development, all of it came together perfectly. This 2d hazard romance wasn't just near a adult female reconnecting with her high school sweetheart just, also reconnecting with the town, friends, and home that she's e'er loved. Tragedy brought Temperance dorsum to Hope Valley but, dearest is what tempts her to stay.
Ane thing I dearest about Jessica's heroines is that she makes them so stiff. Temperance hasn't had an easy life past any means but, she doesn't let her by keep her from the future she wants. Her contained streak makes her unafraid to go head to head with the hundred per centum alpha male Hayes. The dynamic between these 2 is so intoxicating that you completely loose yourself in their story.
Hayes is a hundred percent book swain material. Old war machine, electric current minor town police officer, and all effectually good guy. There is an edge to him that makes him someone y'all don't mess with but, he also carries that state boy charm that draws you in. It makes for a sexy combination.
Come Dorsum Home Again will wrap itself around you from the very outset and won't permit yous go even after you've finished. The sweet beloved story volition make you swoon while the twists and turns in the storyline will accept your listen racing for answers. You can't help only autumn in love with all the residents of Hope Valley and want to revisit their mountain town again and once more.
